CFP : The 13th International Club Health Conference

Abstract submissions open 

Do you have new research, policy initiatives or practical experience that can show others from around the world how to make nightlife safer? We invite you to submit an abstract to share your knowledge and experience at the conference.

Abstracts are invited for oral, panel discussion and poster presentations that address the wide range of topics listed on the programme page.

It is anticipated that there will be a total of 100 oral or panel discussion presentations. Although participants can submit more than one abstract, in most cases, the organisers will award one presentation per person.

Oral presenters are allocated 17 minutes to deliver their talk.

Panel discussion presenters are allocated about 5 minutes to summarise their interest and expertise about a specific issue e.g drug testing, International nightlife tourism, etc. A facilitator will guide the session ensuring the participation of presenters and audience members.

Instructions

  • All abstracts must be submitted using the online Abstract Form, which will be available from Wednesday 2 October 2024.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Presenters whose abstracts are accepted must register for the conference and, in accordance with general practice at international conferences, pay the conference fee.
  • All accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract book, which will be provided to attendees at the conference.
  • Once you have submitted your abstract you will receive a confirmation email sent to the address you provide. If you do not receive an email from the organisers, please contact: andrewmbennett@me.com

He is a PhD Scholar at CIES-Iscte and a Research Collaborator at IS-FLUP. He research on topics such as city branding, cultural regeneration, the commodification of arts and culture, art washing, and the construction of artistic fields.
