Les nuits du bout des ondes

The nights of the end of the waves (FR)

Jean, a night shift taxi driver, leads us in the meandering of nocturnal Paris, for an entire night on the back seat of his car. Hour after hour, the reality blends into his dreams and the past becomes eternity: his passion for Sylvie when he was young, smoke-filled parties, bodies brushing and the fear of loneliness. From strange encounters to change of frequencies, Jean explores the night in all its dimensions.

“Les Nuits du bout des ondes” is an audio fiction in six episodes, an invitation to travel through 60 years of French night-time radio archives.
