
Diana Soeiro, scientific writer and policy analyst. Philosophy, PhD (2011). She conducted Post-Doctoral studies in Philosophy and Urban Studies (2012-2018); and at the European Union project ROCK – Regeneration and Optimization of Cultural heritage in creative and Knowledge cities (2017-2020). In 2021, she is expected to have her MSc thesis defence in Economics and Public Policy at ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL). In 2017 she was appointed Ambassador for United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, 2030 Agenda (Portugal). She is affiliated with DINÂMIA’CET-IUL – Centre for Socioeconomic and Territorial Studies at ISCTE – Lisbon University Institute. Her current research interests are Sustainable Economic Growth, Spatial Planning Systems, Territorial and Urban Governance, and Smart Cities.
